This Cookie Policy explains how inboxcopy.com uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way. They let a site remember your actions and preferences and help it function properly.
2. How we use them
We keep our own use of cookies to a minimum. We currently use:

| Embedded third-party tools | Our booking tool (Calendly) and application form (Fillout) can set their own cookies. They stay switched off until you accept cookies or click to load them, so they never run without your say-so. |
We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and our consent banner first.
3. Consent
When you first visit, we show a banner so you can accept or reject non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the site cannot run without them. Embedded tools such as the booking calendar and application form do not load until you accept or click to load them, so nothing non-essential is set beforehand. You can change your mind at any time using the method below.
4. Managing cookies
- Change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page, which reopens the banner.
- Control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or remove cookies per site or across the board.
- Blocking strictly necessary cookies or the embedded tools may stop parts of the site, such as booking and the application form, from working.
5. Third-party cookies
The embedded tools mentioned above set cookies under their own policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy and cookie policies of Calendly and Fillout for detail on what they collect.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
