Getting started
How fast can we get started? +
Once your invoice is paid, the onboarding form is submitted, and our Klaviyo access is set up, we typically begin your audit and roadmap within 1 to 3 days. Your flows are typically live within 7 to 14 days of the contract and invoice being settled, with the popup and first campaigns following right behind.
What happens on the free consultation call? +
We open your Klaviyo live on the call, find the gaps in your flows, campaigns, popup, and deliverability, benchmark you against brands like VYBES and K2 Industries, and map a 90-day retention plan. You keep the plan whether we work together or not. No pitch deck.
Do you work with brands under $50K per month? +
Our sweet spot is ecommerce brands doing $50K+ per month, because that is where a full email and SMS program pays for itself fastest. If you are smaller, the free popup and welcome email offer or a one-time project is usually the smarter starting point.
Do I need to provide copy, design, or assets? +
No. Strategy, copy, design, and sending are handled start to finish. All we need is basic media like product photos or UGC, and we turn it into creative like the work in our design gallery.
Pricing and commitment
How much does a Klaviyo email marketing agency cost? +
Agencies in this space typically charge anywhere from $2,000 to $10,000+ per month, and many hide their pricing until the second sales call. Ours is public: a flat retainer between $3,000 and $5,000 per month with everything included, or an optional revenue share for brands above $100K per month.
What's your pricing model? +
A flat monthly retainer between $3,000 and $5,000 per month. If your brand is doing above $100K per month in total revenue, we can also work on a revenue share basis if you prefer it. No hidden fees, no hourly charges. Full details are on the pricing page.
How does the revenue share option work? +
It is an optional alternative to the flat retainer for brands above $100K per month. If you prefer it, we could agree on a percentage of the email and SMS revenue we generate, typically 7 to 10% of attributed revenue. You choose the model; nobody is ever pushed into it.
Is there a minimum commitment required? +
Nope. Our service runs month to month with no long-term lock-in. If you're loving the results, we do offer 10% off with a 6-month agreement.
Can I hire you for one-time projects? +
Yes. Template builds, flow setups, audits, and technical Klaviyo troubleshooting are all available as one-off projects. Book a call and we'll match you to the right solution.
What we actually do
What's included in the service? +
Everything the channel needs: Klaviyo setup and management, flow strategy and builds, a campaign calendar with 3 to 4 sends per week, all email and SMS copywriting, custom design for every send, popups and list growth, A/B testing, monthly reporting, and a monthly call with the team.
What kind of flows can you develop for me? +
Anything you can think of inside Klaviyo, from welcome, post-purchase, and winback to complex behavior-based or VIP flows. As long as we understand the goal and logic, we can build it. No external developer required.
Do you also handle SMS marketing? +
Yes. SMS runs alongside email inside Klaviyo: win-back texts, drop alerts, and BFCM sends to key segments. During Black Friday week we typically run 1 to 2 SMS sends per day on top of the email calendar.
Will the emails actually look like my brand? +
That is the point of designing every send from scratch. No recycled templates. Browse the 77 real client designs in our gallery, from streetwear drops to candle education emails, and judge for yourself.
Can you work with my existing team or designer? +
Yes. We can collaborate directly with your creative or marketing team, or run things 100% independently. Whatever fits your workflow best.
Platform and technical
What platforms do you work with? +
Klaviyo is our home base and the platform we recommend because of its powerful features and accurate reporting. Most of our clients either already use Klaviyo or switch to it with us. We can also work alongside other tools in your stack, for example using Klaviyo for email while you use different software for SMS or popups.
Can you migrate us from Mailchimp, Omnisend, or another platform? +
Yes. We handle the migration to Klaviyo: lists, segments, flows, templates, and tracking, without losing your sender reputation along the way.
Who owns the Klaviyo account? +
You do, always. We work inside your account with our own login. If we ever part ways, everything we built stays yours: flows, templates, segments, and the list.
Will sending 3 to 4 campaigns a week hurt my deliverability? +
Not when it is done with proper segmentation. Deliverability suffers from blasting the whole list, not from frequency. We manage engaged segments, sunset flows, and list hygiene so more volume lands in the inbox instead of spam.
Results and reporting
What percentage of revenue should come from email? +
For a healthy ecommerce brand, email and SMS should drive 30 to 40%+ of total revenue. Most stores we audit sit at 10 to 20%, which is exactly the gap we exist to close. Our clients typically land between 39% and 46%: VYBES at 45%, Warmnest Candle at 46%, and K2 Industries at 39%.
How fast should I expect results? +
The core system goes live in the first 45 days, and our stated goal is email as your highest profit channel within 60 days. K2 Industries went from 15% to 39% of revenue in 60 days; Allure The Brand hit 35% in the first 30. Compounding continues from there.
How do I know the numbers are real? +
Everything is measured in your own Klaviyo with Placed Order attribution, which you can open and verify yourself any time. Our case studies show the actual dashboard screenshots, and your monthly report uses the same source.
What does reporting look like? +
A readable monthly report covering revenue, flows versus campaigns, list growth, and what we are testing next, plus a monthly call to walk through it. No 30-page PDF padding.
