Inbox Copy ("Inbox Copy", "we", "us", "our") is an email and SMS marketing agency for ecommerce brands. Inbox Copy is a brand operated by Lead Care Media, the company responsible for this website and the controller responsible for your personal information under this policy. 2. Scope
This policy covers the information we handle through this website, including our contact forms, our free pop-up and welcome email application form, and consultation bookings. Work we perform for paying clients is governed by the separate agreement we sign with each client.

- Calendly, which powers our consultation booking.
- Our email marketing platform, which stores contacts and sends emails you opted into.
- Our website host, which serves this site and keeps server logs.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer. Each provider processes your data under its own terms and security measures.
7. International transfers

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to opt out. We will still send you necessary messages that relate to work you have asked us to do.

This website and our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
