We sometimes offer to design a free pop-up and to write the first email of a welcome flow so you can see our work on your own brand. This offer is provided at our discretion. Applying does not create any obligation on either side, we may decline or discontinue the offer at any time, and completing it does not commit you to buy anything or commit us to any ongoing work. The deliverables are provided as they are, for you to use as you wish, and we make no promise about specific results.

5. Services and engagements

Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Inbox Copy, which will set out scope, fees, and terms.
